This paper summarizes the clinical application of treating bradyarrhythmia with the decoction of Ephedra,Aconite and Asarum in recent ten years.It deeply clarifies that many chronic arrhythmias can be treated by the decoction of Ephedra,Aconite and Asarum from researching the treatment results of sinus bradycardia,atrioventricular block,sick sinus syndrome and slow-type arrhythmia,and the results are good.For the patients who need implanted pacemaker without enough money,the decoction of Ephedra,Aconite and Asarum is a better choice.It can vigorously improve the rhythm of patients with bradyarrhythmia and survival quality.Moreover,the application of it does not influence subsequent installation of implanted pacemaker,and there is no definite side-effects to cause arrhythmia.
