Abstract
This paper discusses from three aspects the construction of the traditional college libraries faced with the rapid development of network information technology: 1.strengthen the information service; 2. strengthen the stock of information resources; 3. quicken the construction of the automation. The impacts of the network age on college libraries are also analyzed and the countermeasures put forth in this respect.
