Construction of Practice Teaching System for School and Enterprises Cooperation Platform on Independent Colleges

Practice teaching system of independent college based on school and enterprises cooperation platform can cultivate social and industry development,and it is consistent with the requirement of talent cultivation. Cooperation of school and enterprises is an important way to cultivate applied talents in independent colleges. However,the cooperation of school and financial enterprises exist lots problems at this stage. For examples cooperation both parts lack activity,cooperation stops in a form level,cooperation has at a temporary stage,and teaching time conflicts the work time,etc.In order to solve these problems,independent colleges should efficiently construct the school enterprise cooperation platform. In the cooperation platform,job occupation standard of financial industry should infuse to curriculum system;class teaching should combine the qualification exam of financial industry. The cooperation platform should support teachers to learn at enterprises,and allow enterprise members to teach at colleges as part-time teachers. The colleges should realize the diversification teaching methods and subject,and reform the existing teaching evaluation mechanism.
