Abstract
Generally,how to improve the operation speed and execution efficiency is an important symbol for testing the performance of the relational database system.There are many places which need to be optimized,including several stages such as logic design,physical design and query.Query operation constitutes the majority among them,so we can say the query speed determines the performance of the relational database.This paper focuses on the query optimization methods and analyzes them with the practical application examples.
