Abstract
The research and application state of the magnetorheological fluid(MRF) damper for vehicle are represented.The main factors affecting control effect are analyzed,and the important control methods applied in the vehicle semi-active suspension system based on MRF damper are valued.It is put forward that the composite control methods and reliable controller should be emphasized and it will advance the application of the MRF damper.
