Abstract
An HPLC method for detecting the concentrations of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in wine was established in this paper. The methanol-0.02 mol/L acetic ammonium(30:70)were used as the mobile phase. The flow rate and detection absorption of UV were 1 ml/min and 230 nm,respective- ly.It showed that this method could be applied to determine the contents of benzoic acd and sorbic acid in wine exactly due to its good repetition, higher sensitivity and convenience. The concentration of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in three samples all satisfied the national standard.
