Abstract
Objective To analyze the nonvisualization renal blood type of severe hydronephrosis on color doppler flow imaging and to explore the clinical value of CDFI blood type in predicting renal function recovery in hydronephrosis. Methods All the 125 patients were performed IVU examinations, according to the diseased kidney blood flow perfusion in CDFI.The patients were divided into four groups as below. The first group showed normality of renal blood flow perfusion, the second group showed reduction, the third group showed distinct reduction, the last group showed no blood flow perfusion. The renal function suffered from varying degrees of damage before comprehensive treatment, the renal function were re-evaluated after comprehensive treatment, and given a comparison analysis between CDFI renal blood type and renal function. Results Group 1(n=35) showed the highest rate of renal function recovery after comprehensive treatment, the recovery rate were up to 90%(31 /35).Group 2(n=36) showed the majority of patients with renal function recovery, and the recovery rate reached to 53%(19/36).Group 3(n=44) showed the minority of patients with renal function recovery, and the recovery rate only reached to 27%(12/44).While Group 4(n=10) showed no renal fuction recovery. Conclusion For the patients with severe hydronephrosis,CDFI blood type has a high potential clinical value and is better to give an assessment and prediction on renal function.
