Abstract
Developing adjustment was wanted badly in QK18-2 Oilfield because of serious decline in productivity and injectionproduction imbalance.Aiming at the characteristics of reservoir,the potential reasons for formation in development well were significantly analyzed,and the new drilling and completion fluid and formation protection technologies were present for target under lots of laboratory evaluation experiments.The newly anti-water-locking damage WBM and completion fluid and the corresponding reservoir protection technology were applied into three adjustment wells in 2011,and was proven to be a great success,which means the new technology have obtained a good production effect.
