Abstract
The sprout of Oenothera biennis were potted plant in terms of laboratory,the sprout were handled under drought stress when they have 5~6 leaves. The results indicated that the contents of free proline of drought stress plants is higher than the normal groups, the contents of free proline is also higher with the creasing of the time of dry.
