Abstract
Objecive To explore and discuss the influence of hepatectomy combined with hepatic artery ligation and portal vein chemotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma on the expression of MDR-1 and MRP-1.Methods The expression of P-gp and MRP-1 in 23 specimen of recurrent HCC patients was determined with immunohistochemical method.The primary tumor tissues served as a control group and analyzed statistically.Results The positive rate of P-gp expression in HCC was 65.2% before recurrence and 52.2% after recurrence(P0.05),while that of MRP-1 expression was 34.8% and 69.5%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of MDR-1 of the recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma is inhibited after hepatectomy combined with hepatic artery ligation and portal vein chemotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
