Present situation of the college students funding system and measures research of Hebei Province

Based on the questionnaire survey of poor college students in Hebei province, this article found that there were many problems existing in Hebei province’s funding system. There were many problems in this issue, for instance the standards of determining the poor college students is not clear, the work-study progress was slow, low proportion of fee remission and the lack of the mental concerning about the poor college students. The article analyzed the present situation and gave some measures to resolve the problems: to strict customs the poor students; to cultivate the self-reliance ability of the poor college students; to carried out Fee Remission Scheme; to concern about their mental health and increase the community input.
