Abstract

From the perspective of axiology,responsibility is an issue of value and therefore the concept of responsibility is defined by the concept of value.Responsibility has twofold values: the instrumental value and the purposeful value.The instrumental value of responsibility reveals itself as the significance of existence of responsibility.Responsibility incarnates its value in three forms: its social value,legal value and moral value.
