Abstract

8 mineral elements including K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn were determined by FAAS.When the concentration of mineral elements were 0~5000 μg/L,the correlation coefficient between absorbency and the concentration of mineral elements was above 0.996.The satisfactory method applied to mineral elements of fruits in Xinjiang and good results was obtained.
