Abstract
Objective To observe effect of integrated care intervention on quality of life of patients with gynecologic cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 140 patients with gynecologic malignancies postoperative chemotherapy from October 2011 to October 2013 admitted to our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( each group 70 cases). The control group received routine care after chemotherapy, and the observation group integrated care intervention. Satisfaction, the total incidence of adverse reactions, physiological indicators, and QLQ-C30 were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, the patients in observation group satisfaction was 84. 3%,significantly higher than 61. 4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The patients in the observation group were nausea and vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss and other 5 kinds of adverse reaction severity was lighter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). To observe the physiological indexes of patients was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). The patients in observation group the QLQ-C30 score difference of two indexes in physical function and economic difficulty inconspicuously, other indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05).Conclusion In the comprehensive nursing in chemotherapy of patients with gynecologic tumorpatients after intervention, function and quality of life has improved overall, worthy to be widely used.
