Abstract
Peptide library is a powerful technology for finding ligands with high amnities to giventargets. It can be divided into two subsets' synthetic peptide library and phage display peptidelibrary. Applications include the mapping of protein domains, the development of leads for vaccineresearch and epitope mapping, drug discovery of phage display peptide library are reviewed.
