A Review of Li Tiaoyuan's Poetry Creation

Li Tiaoyuan creates lots of poems during his life based on content and style.His poetry can be divided into three periods.Before Qianlong twenty-eight years,he studies in Sichuan and Zhejiang;in the period,he writes many scenery poems;from the Qianlong-twenty-eight-year to the Qianlong-fifty-year,he goes into his official career,and writes many works reflecting the ups-and-downs of his official career,the destitution of farmer's life and Lingnan customs;after the Qianlong-fifty-year,he returns his hometown,his poetry expresses the spirit of his leisure time.Li Tiaoyuan's characteristic is rich in content,the style,type and language in his poems.Li Tiaoyuan and his poems occupy a certain position in the Qing Dynasty and China's literary history.
