Abstract
Objective:The clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy treatment on patients with upper urinary tract lithiasis was analyzed. Methods:The clinical data of 25 cases of patients with upper urinary tract lithiasis selected during June2011~February 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. All were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror. Results: 19 patients(76.0%) recovered after surgery, in which 5 cases(20.0%) obtained obvious effect,1 case(4.0%) was invalid, and the total effective rate was 96.0%. Conclusions:Using the holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror in treatment of patients with urinary stones is safe and effective, which is worth clinical promotion.
