The value,approach and target of the fine management in college library

Abstract
This article makes a probe into the problems of the fine management in college library from the following three aspects: the value,the approach and the target.The value of the fine management is embodied in both the process management and the target management.The essence and goal of fine management in college library is to carry out the humanized service,which includes the fine management in regulations,the fine management in information resources,and the fine management in library services.The feasibility,practicality and the existing problems to carry out the refine management in college library are also analyzed in the article.
