Abstract
Based on the investigated data and the present ecological environment development in the medium route project of South-to-North Wa- ter Diversion,the author pointed to that the main problems of ecological environment development in water source area are soil erosion and water pollution,and the reasons were analyzed.Finally,the author put forward some suggestion about policy and regulation,ecology,economic and environment monitoring to improve the ecological environment sustainable development in water source area.
