Abstract

Objective To investigate the thrombolytic therapy of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods All of 110 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients underwent peripheral intravenous urokinase thrombolysis,of which 15 cases were placed the inferior vena cava filter.Assessment the treatment effect through integrated clinical efficacy.Lower limb circumference before and after treatment changes perform the t-test(P0.05) was considered statistically significant. Results The clinical cure of 22 cases,72 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,4 cases ineffective. Before and after lower limb circumference treatment, occur statistically significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Most of the acute phase of deep vein thrombosis in patients with thrombolytic therapy can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome.
