On Xu Teli and his conception of the education management

Xu Teli is a well-known Chinese revolutionary and outstanding educator in both theory and practice.He serves as education administrator for long,accumulating great experiences in management.Owing to his support,an education regulation has been completed as legal basis for new democratic education.In addition,a new applied education system is established in revolutionary bases to join the leadership,social and general education.He advocates democratic and frugal running of school,paying enough attention to sports.He also attends to the teacher management.
