Abstract

In this paper,the research progress of the polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites flame retardancy was overviewed.Firstly,the flame retardant mechanism of the polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites was described,then combining with the experimental results,the various factors on the flame retardant properties of the polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites was analyzed,finally the prospect of the future research trend with the research status of the polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites was given.
