Abstract
The traditional oscilloscope has unitary function and it can not store,reproduce,analyze and process waveform.A virtual digital storage oscilloscope based on ARMS3C2410 and CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) technology is designed.It is composed of data acquisition card and application test programs running on PC,with ARMS3C2410 and CPLD-EPM7128SLC84 as its control cores.Its data acquisition card applies high-speed A / D converter chip AD9283 and Fast buffer FIFO,and communicates with PC via USB.Its control panel and applications are developed based on LabVIEW.Experimental results show that the design requirements are satisfied.
