The Sublimation of Life Value——to Explore the Moral Relationship between the Right of Health of Human Beings and Right of Existence of Animals

After having suffered successive hit from nature, beings have begun to think about the relationship between themselves and the system, and recognize that there is no contradiction between the right of health of beings and the right of existence of animals, scholars put forward various views in succession too. This paper pointed out that beings and animals are subjects of value on the theme while criticize some extreme opinion such as, human beings centrism, and ecologic interest reigns the first, meanwhile, they set forth views on legislation of conservation of animals in the future, hoping that can do some contribution to conservation of animals.
