Strengthen Urban Ecological Construction and Promote Urban Economic Development

Combining its own reality, Jiaozhou city recently puts forward the strategy of “The ecology sets up the city”, practicing six ecological construction namely ecological agriculture, ecological water conservancy, ecological forestry, ecological urban afforestation, ecological energy and ecological industry. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the deficiency of ideas and consciousness, rigidity of management system, relatively low efficiency in urban ecological and environmental management, deficiency of effective restraint and incentive mechanism during ecological construction of Jiaozhou city, high-standard plan of ecological construction, accelerating process of industry's ecological and environmental protection, setting up and amplifying government's management system, and building the ecological culture atmosphere actively etc. are put forward in this paper.
