On the Theoretical Source of Nationalism

The concept of nationalism plays an important role in shaping the course of the world today,and the theoretical source of nationalism is one of the issues that need further clarification. Academics generally believe that nationalism originated from the French Revolution,but the typical form of nationalism first appeared in Germany actually. It is argued that Germany not only possessed the elements for the generation of nationalism,but also presented a complete exposition of nationalism. Nationalism demonstrated its visible appearance,and became the native form of cultural nationalism.
