Abstract
The high silicon zinc oxide ore was mixed with high iron tailings according to certain proportion for leaching experiment.The zinc leaching rate,zinc leaching recovery,the settlement and filter performance of pulp were examined.The results showed that zinc leaching rate was of 89.13%,but the high silicon ore was not easy to leach alone,the settlement and filter performance of pulp was poor.The high silicon zinc oxide ore was mixed with high iron tailing according to mass ratio of 1.5∶1,technical indexes were all up to production requirements.The process was simple,high iron the tailings could be effectively used.
