Abstract

To testify the effect of DNA vaccine of Helicobacter pylori, the Urease B and Heat-shock protein A were chose as candidate antigens.Amplified by PCR,the UreB and HspA gene were cloned into the plasmid pCDNA3.1(-)His-Myc.Immunized through muscle injection, the Bal B/c mice produced the antisera against UreB or HspA.
