Abstract
Volcanic facies identification is based on single well volcanic facies identification by using the well data,then calibrating the seismic cross section to the well.In this paper,we sum up the seismic reflection characteristics of different volcanic facies,and process the seismic facies interpretation and trace the distribution of the facies in seismic cross section.Finally,by establishing the relationship of the volcanic facies to seismic facies,we complete the inversion from the seismic facies to the volcanic facies.Then,the distribution of volcanic facies in plane is predicted.
