Abstract
Trichoderma is the most promising isolated soil fungi for their ability to protect plants and contain pathogen populations under different soil conditions.While Trichoderma harzianum is the most commonly applied strain among Trichoderma.The biocontrol effect,the biocontrol mechanism,and the antibiotic mechanism at the gene level of Trichoderma harzianum were summarized,and the applying future of it was elaborated.
