COMPARATIVE RESEARCH ON ECONOMIC DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CHINA AND JAPAN IN 1990'S

Abstract

This paper takes the senior administrative area of China and Japan for studied unit. It quantitatively compares the economic differences between China and Japan and analyzes the spatial pattern of the regional economy in the two countries. It traces the different dynamic characteristics of economy in China and in Japan. Based on the research above, it seeks the cause why the differences in China is larger than those in Japan. Finally, the paper puts forward that we should pay more affention to the coordination of PRED and innovation of science and technology in undeveloped area.
