On Change and Practice of Teaching Idea in Vocational Education

In the teaching of higher vocational education,the following ideas and ways should be set up: students with excellent moral conducts and good study are the talents that are qualified for certain posts in society;talent training should actively meet the demand of the economy and social development,following the idea of cooperation of industry,university and research institute;students' development of independent self-study should be strengthened to improve their orientation ability;practical teaching should be focused on the basis of humanistic quality enhancement;knowledge teaching,ability training and quality improvement should be integrated to improve quality education;and network and the multi-media teaching means should be the first choice to promote students' character development as well as other teaching means.
