Abstract
Under the environment of new hospital finance system issuing and implementing,the necessity of strengthening hospital cost accounting is discussed.Relative contents and requirements of hospital cost accounting are analyzed.According to the requirement of new hospital finance system and certain situations of health system reform,suggestions on how to carry out hospital cost management are mentioned.
