Abstract
The paper analyzes the necessity and the feasibility for theapplication of embedded network technology in shunting trip plan transmittingand printing system. It suggests to solve the information exchange betweentwo different networks by a dual-MCU configuration. By developing the objectoriented intelligent gateway equipment, the transmitting and printing system ofshunting trip plan can be optimized, the traditional industrial computer can bereplaced and the stability and reliability of the system is improved.
