Abstract

PM,CM and PMC are three different construction models, shaped in different period and market condition with their own character and applying scope. The paper recommended the three kinds of model from their basic meanings and characteristic, and compared each other with the aspect of organization, contract, work scope, risk and responsibility. After analyzing the three models of their advantage and applying scope, the paper emphasized different model should be choiced according to the project actual conditions.
