Abstract
The experiment on rooting capacity of virus-free Pyrus.spp tissue cultured shoots, was carried out by applying the orthogonal design or by three different rooting modes in vessel. The results showed: phloroglucinol was the very important factor affecting the rooting in vessel. The ASH medium with 80 mg/L PG,1 mg/L IBA,0.5 mg/L NAA was the most suitable. With two-step rooting mode, the rooting percentage, number, length and speed were significantly higher than those of direct rooting method, and the rooting percentage was up to 87.5 %.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
