Abstract
ObjectiveTo apply transcranial Doppler to monitor microemboli in cerebral circulation, and to investigate the means of monitoring microemboli in cerebral circulation.MethodsThe detection was performed in 100 patients by using multi-Dop X4 instrument. The counts of microemboli in different threshold and time were detected.ResultsWhen regulating the threshold of monitoring microemboli in cerebral circulation to 9dB,there was a significant difference between 9dB and 3dB as well as 6dB(P0.05);when the time of monitoring was set to 30 min, there was a significant difference between 30 min and 15 min(P0.05).ConclusionIt's effective for monitoring microemboli when the threshold is regulated to 9dB and the time is set to 15~30 minutes.
