Fiscal and Tax Policy on the Transformation of China' s Industrial Development Pattern——Based on the View of Economic Driving Force

The Twelfth Five-Year Period is a critical period for changing China' s pattern of industrial development.Economic driving force is the original strength of economic movement and the change of industrial development pattern.This paper deeply analyzes the economic driving force on the transformation of industrial development pattern.And based on this,suggestions of fiscal and tax policy on increasing consumption demand,resource saving and environmental protection as well as independent innovation are proposed.Conclusions are helpful for our government to regulate the process of changing the pattern of industrial development.
