Abstract
Acculturation has been one of the most important immigration research fields. As the population of Asian American has been rising quickly, the higher the percentage of Asian American adolescent is, the more serious the problems of Asian American adolescents' acculturation are. It has caused the concern of the western researchers. The article presents some research works on the difficulties of the Asian American adolescents' acculturation: language barriers, culture identity crisis, psychological adaptation difficulties and high risk behaviors and so on. The article also proposes the corresponding countermeasures of the difficulties of Asian American Adolescents' Acculturation.
