Abstract
The fault open and seal have important roles in hydrocarbon migration and accumulation.By analyzing the key periods of main fault activity, the period of Dongying end and Minghuazhen are found to be the main active time.According to fuzzy quantitative statistics method, the coefficient of faults are calculated by using the linear relationship between tectonic stress direction and fault strike in Nanpu Depression. The relation of fault seal and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation is integratedly analysed, and the NE and NNE direction faults are in favor of oil and gas accumulation in the end of Dongying period, the NW-SE and near WE direction faults tend to oil and gas accumulation.F2,F4,F7,F9 faults in Tanhai areas are important zones in the process of estimating hydrocarbon accumulation.
