Abstract

In the process of exploring and creating a new situation of democratic management, trade unions of enterprises ought to rely firmly on Five New. Namely, foster the new concept in the work of trade unions, breed the new consciousness in democratic political affairs, extend the new content in steady preservation, probe the new form in democratic supervision and put the new conduct on display in democratic participation.
