Analysis of the Folk Characters Reasonable and the Phenomenon of the Folk Characters' Use

The State Language Commission has repeatedly asked to use the standard Chinese characters,but the phenomenon of folk characters application of repeated,one important reason is the folk characters exist there is a certain reasonable nature.The justifications for the performance of writing a lot of folk characters to transform the radical formed according to the meaning of words implied,is a new interpretation of the formation of Chinese characters.Reasonable to explain the folk characters is the embodiment of the historical perspective of the Chinese characters of form and meaning in disciplines.
