Abstract
To Solve the low reliability problem of the electro-mechanical system in the small batch high mobile radar,Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis(FMECA)is used to find the weaknesses of the system. The detailed corrective a actions for the design, process and usage were presented based on the analysis results. The reliability of the radar was improved to meet the expected requirements by reliability growth.
