Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of the atrioventricular nodal anterograde conduction after the radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in manifestied preexciation. Methods One hundred and twenty-seven patients with preexciation syndrome were confirmed to be single accessory pathway by RFCA successfully,46 of whom were manifestied preexciation,81 were concealed accessory pathway.To compare the parameters of electrocardiogram before and after RFCA,and the parameters during follow-up and after RFCA in left and right atrioventricular accessory pathway with manifestied preexcitation.Results After RFCA,the PR intervals in manifestied preexciation group was longer than that of the concealed accessory pathway group.In manifestied preexciation group,the PR intervals during follow-up were shorter than that after RFCA,the PR intervals in left atrioventricular accessory was shorter than that of the right one.But the heart rates,QRS durations and QTc intervals had no sigificant difference between all of these groups.Conclusion For the manifestied preexciation,the PR intervals after RFCA is longer than that of before ablation,but the degree of PR interval prolongation in left atrioventricular accessory is different from the right.As time goes on,the PR intervals will return to normal gradually.
