Study on the Development Deviation of Tertiary Industry Based on Old Industrial Base Transform:A Case Study of Liaoning Province

In the process of Northeast old industrial base transform,accelerating the optimization and upgrade of indutrial structure is main way which may realize the transformation of economic growth mode and e-conomic prosperity. The development of tertiary industry exists some deviation as the case of Liaoning provice. Its output value and proportion is lower,the structure of employment is unreasonable,the developing trend is very slow. The industrial distribution cannot be formed with cooperative development of tertiary industry and the leading industry. Therefore,we should carry out the reasonable policy to accelerate the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure,improve the output value and proportion of tertiary industry. It may promote the economic growth and employment increasing,thus realize comprehensive revival of old industrial base.
