Abstract

An efficient approach of member revocation in group signature is verifier-local revocation. In this approach, revocation messages are only sent to signature verifiers, while signers have no involvement. However, mostly provably secure group signature relied on the random oracle model that are out of reach in the real world, the designing of provably secure group signature in the standard model is also a hot topic of research in modern cryptography.Based on Boyen-Waters group signature scheme,we propose a group signature scheme with verifier-local revocation, which is proven to be secure in the standard model. The performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed;under the condition of 80-bit AES,our scheme is superior to the existing verifier-local revocation group signatures in the standard model both in the number of signature elements and the length of signature.
