Abstract

Nitrofurazone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic employed in animal production. In this article, its basic properties, metabolic characters and MRLs are introduced. Particularly, methods for the determination of its residue are discussed. Besides, development of the rapid inspection technology in the future for the determination of nitrofurazone is pointed out according to current demand of the market.
