The analysis on deviation of rapid location by China Seismic observational Network

Abstract

The current situation, the existing problem and its cause for seismic rapid locating by China Seismic Observational Network are introduced. By using the data of seismic rapid locating for six year from 1990 to 1997, the deviation of epicenters determined by China Seismic Observation is statistically analyzed, the cause of deviation is discussed, and some improving measures are proposed.
