Abstract
The triethyl citrate was prepared with solid superacid SO~(2-)_4/TiO_2 as catalyst.The effect of factors on the yield was studied and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined:taking water reagent was toluene,mass of catalyst was 2.5g,molar ratio of citric acid to alcohol was 1:5.5,and reaction time was 8.0h(based on 0.3mol citric acid).The yield of esterification reached 86.6 %.
