Discussion on the combined mode of implementation of enterprise safety standardization and safety culture construction

At present,most enterprises' action of safety standardization construction and safety culture construction is based on the requirements of the country,the industry,or the local government,and the two construction work are carries out apart.It is good for enterprises to be concentrated on doing one work once a time,but it ignores the internal relationship between them,and it is also a waste of time and energy and money during the actual operation,and a lack of scientific and reasonable arrangements.And still worse,in all probability the two work wouldn't done well both and become a mere formality thing.If enterprise safety standardization and safety culture are constructed in the same time,it would not only achieved maximum results with little effort according to the law of systematic safety,but also could make the two work provide promotion to each other.This paper analyzed the general process and the content of construction of safety standardization and safety culture,and put forward an implementation model of safety culture construction combining with safety standardization construction,drew the combination process with Visio,and took an enterprise of tobacco industry for example,tried to offer some reference for enterprises to doing the work of construction of safety standardization and safety culture.
